This orientation is designed to introduce you with institute’s identity, culture, and operational systems as a tertiary specialty hospital and government-owned and controlled corporation (GOCC).

It aims to provide foundational knowledge on the institution’s history, mission, vision, and core values; orient new employees on policies and requirements; instill professionalism and service excellence.

This comprehensive orientation ensures that employees begin their journey with an informed understanding of the institute’s expectations, standards, and environment.
