Training on complete staff work
Course Description
The program aims to develop the mastery of the participants on the SAPADAPPA ((Situation Analysis; Problem Analysis; Decision Analysis, and Potential Problem Analysis) method to conduct Due Diligence Work (DDW) and deliver high-quality Completed Staff Work (CSW), ensuring efficient problem-solving and structured decision-making.
Terminal Objectives
By the end of this training, participants will be able to apply the principles of Complete Staff Work (CSW) by accurately identifying organizational situations, challenges, and issues; defining clear and measurable aims, goals, and objectives within the context of Due Diligence Work (DDW) and CSW; analyzing influencing factors using structured tools such as assumption analysis; formulating and evaluating alternative strategies based on their potential impacts; and synthesizing their findings into well-structured, actionable recommendations ready for decision-making and leadership approval.
